Going to Market

With a single submission, our PEO consultants work with you to gather all the necessary documents PEOs require to provide quotes. The Cleveland Benefit Partners team then handles the tedious back-and-forth process with individual PEOs to obtain these quotes. As your PEO consultant, we present the numbers in a side-by-side comparison, ensuring full transparency of costs.

Compare Value to Needs

After narrowing the field to 2, or 3 PEOs that make sense for you, we then schedule meetings to review each PEO’s technology through interactive demos, employee benefit offerings, and implementation timelines, expertly guiding you through the entire process.

Test Drive and Road Map Implementation

Finding your unique PEO Partner is just the start of your relationship with Cleveland Benefit Partners. The real heavy lifting begins during the implementation process. By utilizing our dedicated implementation teams at each of our PEO partners, we work tirelessly on your behalf to ensure that the implementation process is smooth for you, and your employees. Because we’ve installed hundreds of clients with our dedicated reps, we can almost finish each other’s sentences; meaning they know exactly what we expect from them to ensure your implementation goes smoothly regardless of whether you have 5 employees, or 500.

Ongoing Support

Cleveland Benefit Partners’ service continues beyond implementation. Our team meets with the PEO quarterly on your behalf making sure we are always in front of any potential medical claims that could affect your renewal adversely, so you never get a “shock increase” come renewal time.

And because no PEO is perfect, it’s inevitable that from time to time an issue will arise. Because you are represented by Cleveland Benefit Partners, you simply let us know there is a problem, and we take care of the rest. We deal directly with the PEO so you don’t have to!
